By accessing and using TeachKraft, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Platform Description

TeachKraft is a multi-tenant e-learning platform that enables educators and content creators to build, manage, and scale their own branded online education business with zero platform commission.

Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or entity per account - sharing accounts is prohibited

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all educational content you create and upload
• You grant TeachKraft a limited license to display and deliver your content through our platform
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all content you upload
• You warrant that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

Platform Content

• TeachKraft's platform features, design, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform
• Our logos, trademarks, and branding remain our exclusive property

Data Architecture and Isolation

TeachKraft provides logical data separation in a shared environment, meaning:

• Your academy data is logically separated and secure from other users
• You have exclusive control over your student data and content
• We cannot access your content without explicit permission or legal requirement
• Comprehensive security measures protect all tenant data
• Custom hosting solutions are available for enterprise customers with specific data hosting requirements

Payment Terms

Zero Commission Model

• TeachKraft charges no commission on your course sales
• You keep 100% of your revenue minus standard payment gateway fees
• Payments go directly to your designated payment accounts
• We never hold or process your student payments

Platform Subscription

• Platform access is provided through subscription plans
• Subscription fees are separate from course revenue
• Billing cycles and refund policies are outlined in your subscription agreement

Third-Party Integrations

TeachKraft integrates with third-party services including:

• Zoom: For live classes and webinars
• Payment Processors: For handling transactions
• Analytics Services: For platform insights

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use TeachKraft for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting to breach platform security
• Selling access to the platform itself

Platform Availability and Performance

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for third-party service interruptions
• Service level agreements are defined in enterprise contracts

Data Backup and Recovery

• We maintain regular backups of platform data
• You are responsible for maintaining your own content backups
• Data recovery assistance may be available for additional fees

Account Termination

By You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• You can export your data before termination
• Prepaid subscription fees are subject to our refund policy

By TeachKraft

• We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible
• You will have opportunity to export your data before termination

Limitation of Liability

TeachKraft's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or service interruptions
• Content created by users of your academy

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TeachKraft harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Content you create or share
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TeachKraft is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Severability
